ORDERS

1. Can I still order a product that is out of stock?

The prints are made in editions, if you would like a certain print that is not available anymore, please get in touch; then we can make sure you can buy the print you desire.

2. Can I order a printed artwork in a different format?

Yes, you can. Please get in touch before purchasing it via the Contact page.

3. Can I order a printed artwork with another paper?

If you really desire a different paper for the prints, please get in touch; the base formats in which the prints are supplied are on Hahnemühle paper and high quality Canvas.


PRODUCTS

4. What kind of materials do you use?

I pursue to use the highest quality materials and supplies possible for my one of a kind prints, that's also why they are only available on high quality Hahnemühle paper and Canvas.

5. What about sustainability?

The prints are made from clippings I pick from old magazines and look-books, this way the products are given a second goal; recycling. From everything I do, I make sure to contribute for a better and sustainable environment.


SHIPPING

6. How much time does it take the shipping?

Hahnemühle prints need to be printed out, this might take up to two weeks. The canvas prints have about the same shipping time. Consider an extra fee for the shipping company to get the piece delivered to your doorstep.

7. Why the shipping cost is pricy, even for small pieces?

I send out the product as a package and not as letters. I pack each piece carefully in a hard box to protect the artwork and avoid damages and bending.

8. How about international shipping?

That's not a problem at all. Just note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery, and the shipping costs are higher.

9. I live in the Netherlands, can I go for a visit to pick up my purchase?

For sure! If you are in the area, we can arrange a meeting to have some tea and pick up your order.


AFTERSALE

10. I've received the piece damaged, what do I do?

In the unlikely event of a damaged piece during the shipping, please send me an email with a photo of the product within 24 hours upon receiving, to arrange a replacement. Otherwise, all sales are final.

11. Do you have any return policy?

Unfortunately, I can't offer a return policy given my small infrastructure. If you are not happy with your order I encourage to send over your feedback for future improvements!
